Milbemax gives protection against:
- Roundworm (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina);
- Hookworm (Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense);
- Whipworm (Trichuris vulpis);
- Tapeworm (Dipylidum caninum, Echinococcus granulosus, Taenia spp); and
- Spirocerca lupi (The "worm in the throat")
- If given monthly, Milbemax protects dogs against all of the above, as well as heartworm (Dirofilaria immitis).
